Conspiracy - continued 3

The following account of facts will prove beyond any reasonable doubt that the mission of the regime was to completely destroy AML.

After allegations concerning illicit production, storage and transport of munitions were expressed by the regime, the investors saw the writing on the wall. At the same time intelligence reports from AML sources verified the involvement of external factors.

It was time for AML, taking into account the ratio of power between itself and the regime, to accept "check mate". The term does not serve justice to noble sport of chess, so perhaps "knock out" and "throwing of the towell" would be more accurate.

The decision was taken by AML not to challenge the forged accusations in the legal field. This could only take place in a state where distinction of powers exists and one may expect a fair trial in a court of law. So, AML informed the regime through its lawyers that the independent countermeasures division would terminate its presence as a legal entity by the end of 2005.

It was to be proven later to be a naive assumption. At the time however it was assumed that the above initiative would pacify the regime, which would gladly see the "intruder" leave the Grand Duchy and thus please the regime's imperial masters.

To that effect a detailed inventory listing all production tooling, machinery, raw materials and components was submitted to the regime with the request to allow export of all listed articles, related to AML countermeasures business.

For seven months many pleas to release this equipment were systematically ignored !!! Apart from (extremely expensive lawyers) letters, a direct appeal in writing addressed to the highest echelons of the regime......, in defiance of every formality and protocole, was never taken into consideration.

The regime never charged AML formally under the three allegations because this would have been a modern time Waterloo in the legal battlefield. No honest, self respecting expert in munitions and countermeasures could testify that countermeasures are munitions. Certainly not under 1983 law of Luxembourg which is open to everyone in the public domain.

Finally, after seven months AML was allowed to reopen as a traditional armoury under new management. The assets of the countermeasures division were taken abroad and the regime had fulfilled its primary mission.

This account of events is accurate, documented and it should serve as a warning to any potential investor not to be lured by the idyllic suroundings of the rivers and valleys and the tranquil villages, as father Stalin is alive and kicking in the Grand Duchy.
